Warranty Process
Warranty Coverage:
1. Go Gadgets offers a one-year warranty on its products in their original packaging. This warranty covers any material or workmanship defects that occur under normal use for the intended purposes, starting from the date of purchase by the original customer.
2. Defective items can be replaced within seven days of purchase. Customers should bring the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
3. Go Gadgets provides one year of warranty support for its products.
4. The warranty does not cover products in the following cases:
- Defects or damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature (e.g., burns, dents, cracks, missing or soldered parts, animal or insect bites, use of incorrect voltage, damage caused by flood, fire, or earthquakes)
- Modification or tampering of warranty seals
- Damage or loss of functionality due to product incompatibility
- Scratches, liquid leaks, or cracks on the LCD screen surface
- Dark, bright dots, or partial sub-pixel defects exceeding five on monitors
- Defacement, alteration, or removal of serial numbers
- Software issues
- Lack of purchase receipt for products still within the warranty period
Retail Warranty Claims Process:
1. To file a warranty claim, customers must complete a Warranty Receipt Form provided at the time of purchase.
2. Go Gadgets will review the submitted Return Form and inform the customer within 24 hours if the claim is valid.
3. If the claim is valid, customers should either visit a Go Gadgets store with a copy of the original receipt or ship the item to the retail store.
4. A Warranty Service Form will be issued to process the warranty claim.
5. Go Gadgets will handle the warranty claims within 30 days.
6. Once the replacement is received from the brand, the customer will be notified by Go Gadgets that the item is available.
Warranty Disclaimer:
1. Go Gadgets reserves the right to determine if merchandise is defective and replace it if necessary. Depending on stock availability, fulfilling a warranty claim may take up to 30 days.
2. Faulty parts accepted for repair or replacement are sent to the brand. Repair time may vary, especially if the part has been phased out, discontinued, or requires major repairs from the manufacturer. Go Gadgets is not responsible for any resulting delays.
3. If the item is no longer in production, the customer will receive in-store credits (valid for 6 months) of equivalent value. Customers can choose to add cash to this credit to purchase items of higher value.
Return and Refund Claims:
1. Customers can contact Go Gadgets via email or chat with customer service to request a return and refund.
2. Once the request is received, the customer service team will validate it.
3. If the request is valid, the customer service will instruct the customer to return the item.
4. Go Gadgets will inspect the returned item.
5. The Finance Team will process the refund, which may take approximately 7-14 days.
6. The refund method will depend on the original mode of payment.
7. For cash on delivery (COD) payments, it will take 10 days for the refund to be credited to the customer's account.
