Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: Go Gadgets provides a warranty for its products in their original packaging, covering material and workmanship defects. The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original customer, as long as the products are used normally for their intended purposes.

Seven-day Outright Replacement: If the merchandise is in new condition, with its original packaging and receipt, it can be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, you must bring the item in its original packaging (no return without packaging) along with the Proof of Purchase. There are certain exclusions and limitations that apply.

Standard Warranty: After the initial seven-day period, the merchandise is no longer eligible for outright replacement. However, it can still be submitted for warranty claims within the standard Warranty Period.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, you need to visit a Go Gadgets store and bring the following items: the product with the Go Gadgets Warranty Sticker, and the Proof of Purchase. Please note that the warranty claim will not be valid without the sales receipt.

Go Gadgets reserves the right to determine whether the merchandise is defective and will replace it if necessary. Depending on the availability of stock, it may take up to 30 days to fulfill a warranty claim. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive in-store credits that can be used to purchase items of equivalent value. Customers also have the option to add cash to the in-store credit to purchase items of higher value.

Exclusions And Limitations: The following conditions automatically nullify or void the warranty:

  • Any modification or tampering with the product.
  • Any damage or loss of functionality due to product incompatibility.
  • Any software issues.
