Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Rights:
Customers have the right to cancel their orders at their discretion. If the orders are still in the pending payment status, customers can cancel by contacting Go Gadgets via chat on our Facebook page.
Order Fulfillment:
Once an order has been tagged as fulfilled, cancellation requests cannot be processed through the "Account" section. In such cases, customers should contact Go Gadgets via chat on our Facebook page.
Delivery Status:
Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the item is out for delivery. However, special instances may allow for delivery rescheduling. If customers need to reschedule delivery, they should reach out to Go Gadgets for assistance.
Go Gadgets Cancellation:
Go Gadgets reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
a) The item/s are out of stock.
b) Delivery attempts have failed.
c) The order is deemed fraudulent.
d) Other cases where orders cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out of stock items, preordered items no longer available).
